When you send us a message through the contact form, or join an early-access list, we collect your name, email address, practice name and anything else you choose to tell us. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs such as IP addresses for security.
Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
We keep contact messages and early-access details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you become a customer.
Only with service providers who help us run this website and send email, such as our hosting provider, under appropriate data protection terms.
